The Del Valle ISD Purchasing Department is responsible for following the appropriate procedure to acquire goods and services, provide professional, value-added procurement and material management services, using effective, innovative processes that result in continuous customer satisfaction, while maintaining public trust with the assurance that each dollar expended will be used in the most efficient manner.
Del Valle ISD has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to create a new procurement portal that will allow you to receive notifications of business opportunities and submit bids and proposals to DVISD digitally.
Bidding Process:To begin the process of becoming an awarded vendor with DVISD, please register in our online bidding system. This does NOT make you an awarded vendor, it ONLY places you on the notification list for upcoming solicitations. Your company must still respond to a solicitation and be awarded a contract by the DVISD Board of Trustees. Vendors are requested to register via dvisd.bonfirehub.com. Registration is easy and free.
- When a solicitation is advertised that matches the commodity you selected during your registration process, you will be emailed by Bonfire.
- If you respond and are awarded a contract, then you become an awarded vendor.
- You can now do business with our district for the commodity you were awarded.

Cooperative Purchasing: In addition to being awarded a contract through a DVISD solicitation, vendor’s can be awarded contracts in any of the cooperative programs that we participate. You can find a list of these cooperatives and links to their pages by going to the Cooperative Area of our website.
